- Refunds are not available and exchanges can only be made for a ticket of the same value.
- Only the person who is eligible for the discounted rate is eligible for the discount fee. (companions do not qualify for the discount is not eligible/no multiple discounts).
- If you purchase an exhibition ticket only and wish to experience the ARTE CAFE, there is an additional fee of $7.00 per drink.
